Make Time For You

Now that you have taken a look in the mirror, write down what you want to keep or enhance and what you want to become different.  In order to become different, you must apply change on a consistent manner.  The first phase of your change has began with you.  This week we will continue to work on YOU.  

This week you will master everything for you.  Say to yourself, "This week begins my journey of taking care of ME."  You need to stop feeling guilty for wanting time alone, for wanting better, and/or for wanting a better situation. There’s much more to life than mastering everything for everyone else.
